Walk In
We welcome walk-in clients and will do our best to accomodate you. However, please note that clients with appointments are given priority.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and rescheduling will result in a charge of 25% of the booked service price.
No Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the original booked service price.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please notify us by call or text. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment, which will incur a late fee of 25% of the booked service price. Alternatively, we may need to shorten your service time to accommodate other clients.
Returns
All services and product sales are final. We take pride in providing the highest quality services and products. If you experience any issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
